Haley - HR/Operations

I have been working in home care for around 10 years and have been at Kore Cares for 7 of them! I started working as a caregiver while pursuing my degree at SDSU. I really liked the concept of one-on-one care and the relationships I was able to form with clients and their families and decided to join the administrative side of home care after college. In the last 7 years, I have held a few different positions that have allowed me to see the business from a variety of angles. Currently at Kore Cares, I oversee HR and Operations for all four of our agencies. We are currently serving over 55 communities in eastern South Dakota, and I have loved being a part of growing Kore Cares across SD!

I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to work in a field that’s purpose is to help people remain independent in their homes as long as possible. I am excited to continue to grow with Kore Cares!
