Janae - Support Specialist

I started in health care right after high school in an assisted living/dementia unit. I worked as an aide for 2 years and then became a med aide for the last 4 years I was there. I decided I wanted to try something new so I gave in-home care a try & absolutely loved it! I was a caregiver for just about 4 years. The bonds and relationships you form with your clients is truly something special.

I was given the opportunity to take the support specialist position with Kore Cares at the Yankton agency. I've enjoyed the office side of things while also doing caregiving shifts when needed too! I'm excited to continue to watch Kore Cares grow. Thankful to be a part of such an amazing team.
