Rachel - Agency Manager

I have worked in health care on and off throughout my career. Of the career paths I've tried, I have worked in long term care facilities the longest of any and have done all sorts of jobs throughout the years- from kitchen, housekeeping, being a CNA caring for patients to office work, I found myself pulled to the environment in all aspects. I worked in an administrative role at a nursing home after getting a business degree from USD, but really missed being hands on with clients.

I joined Kore Cares as the Aberdeen Care Lead Mentor in and since then I fell in love with both home care and Kore Cares. I transitioned into the agency manager and added to my skillset by getting certifications to teach CPR and be a medication aide. I am so proud to be able to help both directly and by teaching staff to provide the highest quality of care so that clients can stay in their homes as long as possible
