Kore Cares Awarded Home Care Employer and Provider of Choice
Kore Cares receives home care Employer of Choice and Provider of Choice awards! “We could not be prouder of our team and more grateful for our amazing clients! In 2019, Kore Cares hired Home Care Pulse, a satisfaction research firm, to collect feedback on our services from both our clients and our caregivers. Both clients and caregivers are called twice a year and asked to rank the company on a scale of 1-10 where only averages of 9 and 10 are considered satisfactory. Participants in the survey are also given the option to remain anonymous. We are excited to announce that we have received 2 awards from Home Care Pulse based on our results and other agencies in the community!
Employer of Choice- In order to receive this award, we had to
1. Be a certified “trusted provider” for 6 consecutive months
2. Have 10% of currently employed caregivers respond to surveys each month
3. Outperform competitors in our geographic regions in survey results
It has been a long-term and ongoing goal of ours to be an exceptional employer in the Sioux Falls area. We have worked hard to complete quarterly performance reviews and bonuses as well as regular wage increases and hands on training. We are proud of our staff and are so grateful they feel appreciated and confident on our team!
