The Importance of Investing in Our Team

Have you ever heard this Jim Goodnight quote? Jim said, “Treat employees like they make a difference and they will"?

Put a different way, here is a verse from the Bible, in 1 Peter 4:10, "As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.”

At Kore Cares we strive to invest in our employees (but we call our team members or caregivers). What does that mean? It means we believe that we must care for our caregivers, so they can care for our clients. In order to do this, we get to know our caregivers and the gifts and talents they have been given. We provide them training to enhance and refine those gifts and talents so they feel confident and well equipped to serve those in need. We treat our caregivers with the same dignity and respect that we expect them to give to our clients. Then we provide them with the opportunity to use their gifts and talents to serve others.

Our team members are just as important to us as our clients. We strive to inspire our team to go above and beyond the call of duty, continue to improve their skills through training and education, and feel empowered to provide the best home care and customer service possible to our clients. Our team members are important to us, investing in them through training and treating them with dignity and respect is a top priority.

We are always looking to add caregivers to our home care staff. If you are interested apply at www.korecares.com. If you want services from a company that invests in their team give us a call at 605-252-5977.
