We can help set up virtual tours where a representative from each facility of interest can lead you around the building via video call while also answering any questions that come to mind. The great part about these tours is that if adult children are unable to be present with their parents for the call, they can join on the virtual tour and watch with them while adding any questions or commentary as well.
