·       Survey Our Employees – Kore Cares hired a third-party satisfaction survey vendor Home Care Pulse who survey’s home care agencies across the country. Every month home care pulse surveys 10% of our staff and then takes the data gathered and benchmarks us against other home care agencies in South Dakota as well as in the country. Kore Cares was awarded with Home Care Pulses Employer of Choice for 2020 and 2021.

·       Top of the Industry Pay, Bonuses and Benefits – We are constantly analyzing the employment market to ensure we providing the best pay and benefits. In much of the home care industry caregivers are not offered benefits. At Kore Cares we offer health, dental, vision, supplemental policies as well as paid time off.

·       Ask for Feedback – We truly value feedback from our staff and use the feedback we gather to improve employee’s job satisfaction and to continually enhance our compensation plan. We gather feedback through Home Care Pulse surveys, internal surveys and during our 90-day reviews.

·       Consistent and Frequent Reviews – We believe it is important to conduct employee reviews every 90 days to gather feedback from our team members and ensure we are giving them timely feedback. During these reviews we also evaluate employees for raises and bonuses based on performance. We want to reward and recognize those going above and beyond!

·       Bonuses – Caregivers are eligible for bonuses every 90 days. There are five categories we look at as well as number of hours on average the caregiver works. Caregivers have the opportunity to earn up to $1,200 in bonuses a year.
