Celebrating Two Years of Partnership and Growth

Two years ago, Kore Cares entered into a partnership with Avera. Through this partnership, we were able to expand into more of the southeast side of South Dakota. This brought us from one core location in Sioux Falls, to 4 locations in Aberdeen, Mitchell, Sioux Falls and Yankton which gave us the ability to serve more communities than ever before. Over the past two years, Kore Cares has experienced tremendous growth, not only in the communities we serve but also in the ways we support individuals and families. Our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care has guided us as we expand into new areas, enhance our services, and invest in professional development. Here's a look at our journey and how we continue to impact the lives of those we serve.

Kore Cares has made strides in extending our services to more communities, reaching seniors and individuals needing home care across a wider geographic area. We are now actively serving over 85 communities, providing personalized care that ensures seniors can age in place with dignity and independence. Our commitment to each community means we are not just offering services but building relationships and trust.

As part of our community engagement, Kore Cares has been present at several key events, strengthening our connection with local residents and professionals. We were proud to have a booth at Oahe Days in Pierre, Riverboat Days in Yankton, the Heart and Sole Cancer Walk in Mitchell, host pancake feeds in Aberdeen, etc. where we connected with families, educated our services, and fostered relationships with local organizations. Additionally, our participation in the Parkinson's Conference and other events highlights our dedication to specialized care and ongoing education about health conditions affecting our clients.

At Kore Cares, we understand that the quality of care we provide starts with the growth and development of our team. Over the last two years, we've invested heavily in professional development opportunities. While our caregivers are supported in honing their skills, our administration team has benefited from programs like Dare to Lead and Strength Finders, which emphasizes leadership and resilience. These opportunities ensure that we stay at the forefront of best practices in home care, continually improving how we serve our clients and support our staff.

As we've grown, so has our ability to make a difference in the communities we serve. From helping seniors maintain a balanced diet through meal preparation services to providing essential housekeeping that supports safety and well-being, Kore Cares is committed to making life easier for seniors. We also recognize the importance of emotional well-being, which is why we focus on preventing senior isolation through community programs, social activities, and encouraging outdoor engagement.

Kore Cares' growth over the past two years is only the beginning. With every new community we join and every event we attend, we deepen our commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors and individuals who rely on home care services. As we continue to expand, we remain focused on providing compassionate, personalized care while fostering strong community connections.
