Kore Cares Yankton at the Mead Museum's Hall of Trees

The holiday spirit is in full swing at the Mead Cultural Education Center in Yankton, and Kore Cares is thrilled to be part of the festivities! Our Yankton Home Care office has joined local businesses and organizations in decorating a Christmas tree for the museum's beloved Hall of Trees.

Located within the historic beauty of the Mead Cultural Education Center, once a hospital for the mentally ill, our tree stands proudly alongside nearly 70 others. This month-long display invites visitors to vote for their favorite tree while exploring the Mead's stunning exhibits and the Grand Marble Staircase, which makes the perfect backdrop for festive photos.

The Hall of Trees is more than a beautiful sight; it’s a cause close to our hearts. Each tree’s proceeds support the museum’s restoration and artifact collection efforts, helping preserve this local treasure.

Make it a family outing and enjoy the Mead Museum's holiday events, vote for our Kore Cares tree, and soak in the magic of the season. Together, we’re not just spreading cheer—we’re giving back to a piece of Yankton’s history!
