Kore Cares is Now Servicing the Madison Area

            Kore Cares has recently made a strategic decision to extend its services to the Madison region. Towards the conclusion of 2023, Gabrielle Hoing, CEO of Kore Cares, learned that Madison Regional Hospital was discontinuing its home healthcare division, leaving numerous patients without the vital in-home healthcare they required. Recognizing an urgent need, Kore Cares felt a compelling sense of responsibility to intervene and make a positive impact on the community. Since January 2024, we have successfully onboarded numerous clients and caregivers in the Madison region, solidifying our commitment to providing quality healthcare services and support wherever we are able.

Kore Cares is Now Servicing the Madison Area

Kara Thomas and the Sioux Falls office have taken on the responsibility of overseeing the caregivers and clients in the Madison region. Engaging actively in the community, Kara Thomas has been dedicated to building meaningful connections. Reflecting on her experience, she shares, "It has been incredibly exciting to meet new people in the Madison area. Everyone, from the clients and their families transitioning services to Kore Cares, to the employees transferring their employment, and the professionals at various businesses I've encountered, has been exceptionally welcoming." Initially nervous about entering a new community with Kore Cares services, Thomas expresses the rewarding feeling of finding widespread acceptance. Despite the challenges posed by the closure of Madison Regional Health's home care services, she proudly notes, "There was no lapse in care or employment." In January alone, around 30 clients and 4 employees successfully transitioned to Kore Cares, showcasing the team's commitment to seamless continuity. Thomas expresses enthusiasm about further integrating into the community, eager to meet more individuals in the surrounding area.
