Description:
In-home caregiver position providing one-on-one care to clients who wish to live independently at home. Kore Cares is hiring caregivers, home health aides, and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) in Sioux Falls, Mitchell, Yankton, Aberdeen, and surrounding areas! Duties Include - But Are Not limited to:
Assist client with activities of daily living that allow individuals the opportunity to stay in their home as long as possible, such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene
Assist with ambulation and transfer of clients with or without adaptive equipment
Remind clients to take medications
Complete light housekeeping and other support services including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, errands, and transportation
Plan and prepare meals, assist with feeding, and assist with kitchen clean up
Provide socialization and companionship
All other duties outlined per client care plan
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position
Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
Must have reliable transportation and current, valid driver’s license - if applicable
