Home Care Services
Home care includes a variety of services that are considered Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). These include personal care (dressing, bathing, etc.), meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, transportation, etc. If day-to-day tasks are difficult to complete, or if you just need some help around the home these services are perfect for you.
Kore Cares provides home care services to anyone 18 years and older who may need assistance in their home due to an illness, injury, disability, or aging. Home care services are offered in Sioux Falls and surrounding communities within 30 miles and in the state of South Dakota. Clients assist in the creation of their care plan and can receive as little as a few hours a week up to round-the-clock care.

If you’re unsure of senior care options (home care, home health, hospice, assisted living, independent living, memory care or nursing home care) or what type of care you or your loved one needs, we can help you! Kore Cares will meet with you and evaluate all your needs and preferences to then determine the best fit. Medical Alert Systems
Emergency response systems also known as medical alert systems are wearable bracelets or pendant necklaces that, when pressed, alert either family members, 9-1-1, or both if you have an emergency. Kore cares can order, install, and instruct on the use of the device.
In-Home Nursing
Managing health conditions while in-home care is a priority for many of our clients. We are equipped to handle medication management, health assessments, monitoring vitals, wound care, dressing changes, ostomy/colostomy teaching and management, nail care, and management of urinary catheters.
