Caregivers are surveyed on their employee experience and are given the option to stay anonymous at the end of the survey. Here are a few things that our employees had to say:
On Recommending us as an Employer:
“They care for their employees and they go above and beyond for their employees.”
On Our Training:
“They make sure to cover everything involved in taking care of the elderly. They are thorough with their teaching.”
“They always make sure I understand everything and if I have trouble, they find another way for me to understand what I need to do.”
“They did things online and in person. I was able to go through first aid and CPR, Alzheimer training online, and then in person they did more specialized services with a previous caregiver for each case.”
On Recognition:
“They do a lot, sometimes they send out gift cards, sometimes they send you a text to let you know you are appreciated.”
“They have a really awesome program for raises and such.”
On Communication:
“If I have a question or an issue, they are right there with me.”
“We have an on-call phone and if something comes up you can send a text. They are responsive for 24 hours a day.”
On Client Matching:
“They try to match you with clients you are familiar with. They try to make sure the clients need care that I have the ability and skills to provide.”
