Kore Cares and Think 3D Partner to put Company Culture First

At Kore Cares, we make a concerted effort to be very intentional in the way we craft our culture. We believe that if we (1) empower individuals to use their God-given gifts to serve those in need and (2) inspire them to live their dreams and be the best version of themselves, we will, in turn, fulfill our clients’ dreams to live their best life at home as long as possible. Our mission is to empower individuals to live their best life, guided by Christ’s example.

In order for us to inspire and empower our team, we must provide training. Not just training around the typical day-to-day operational tasks, but training around culture, communication, accountability, feedback, belief, coaching, crucial conversations, etc. From there, we must take what we learn and keep each other accountable for applying it each and every day. 

In the fall of 2022, we decided to hire Think 3D to provide training and support in our journey of culture development. We wanted to work with a company that did not just provide a one-day all-staff seminar but helped integrate and put into practice what we were learning throughout the whole company. This was not an easy feat with a team that spans across the eastern side of South Dakota, working in client’s homes, not in a central location, and has varying working hours. Together with Think 3D, we put together a multifaceted plan that involved everyone completing online learning and in-person training as well as intentional training with our leadership team.

This work with Think 3D has unleashed the power and the potential everyone on the team has to positively influence the company culture, their co-workers, their clients, and their community. Think 3D empowered and equipped everyone on the team to be leaders, to effectively communicate, to understand the impact belief in yourself and demonstrating belief in others can make, how to provide effective feedback, give graceful accountability, and articulate our feelings and thoughts in a meaningful way. This may seem like things we should all know but it hits differently when you make an intentional effort to set expectations around these things and empower everyone in your company to be a leader.
